Our members and visitors give us joy and purpose. It is incredibly rewarding for us to be a part of an organization that as a nonprofit has become both treasured and vital for so many children, young adults and adults from communities across Puerto Rico.
Membership support is highly valued and we invite you to celebrate with us the Library we all love. We hope you will consider making an end of year gift to us. San Juan Community Library is exempt from federal taxes as we are a 501(c)(3). We are exempt under the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury under Section 1101.01. San Juan Community Library is also an approved entity on the CEFCL* of Puerto Rico for organizations that impact the eradication of childhood poverty. *Comisión Especial Conjunta de Fondos Legislativos Para Impacto Comunitario.
Donating is easy and quick. You may bring a check to the Library, send a check to our P.O. Box or donate using the PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF). All 3 ways guarantee that 100% of your donation will support our library's work in 2026.
